I am the Technical Coordinator for Linwood Elementary School, USD 458. Job responsibilities include teaching students, kindergarten through sixth grade, computer skills. My personal goal for the coming school year is to tie a curriculum idea from each Linwood teacher into a computer skills lessons. I would like to have at least one lesson plan documented and ready-to-go for each class level. Hopefully, participating in TLCF training will help me accomplish my goal

Project goals include improved competency for both the teachers and the students. Some teachers feel they do not have time to learn specific computer skills and still teach the student what he needs to know. This is where I come in. All I need is the subject and I will develop ideas that could be used during classroom lab time. Also, teachers would become aware of the applications and software that we have. This should save time not use more.

I look forward to learning new ways to improve my teaching skills and make class time more interesting to the students.
