Students enrolled in Chemistry in the Community, a junior level applied chemistry course, will be able to use this activity when learning about the chemistry of nutrition. Click on the website http://trackstar.hprtec.org and then go to track # 74381. Click on the button "View in Frames" then follow instructions with each of the ten activities.

Read the first activity, "Breakfast of Champions", then scroll down past the advertisements to information on the best and worst breakfast foods.
