Assessment
The success of the program in achieving these goals and objectives will be measured in the following ways:
- Building principals will assess the frequency of computer technology use through classroom observations.
- Teachers will keep records of and report to principals their classroom use of computer technology.
- The district technology coordinators will assess the frequency of teacher use of technology integrated curriculum projects.
- Staff technological competency will be monitored by using Profiler™ with the "Take a Step" model.
The principals and technology coordinators will be involved in assessing the success of the project. The principals will ensure the progress of classroom technology integration in their buildings.
